We recently returned from a retreat in the Sierra mountains, nestled in the Northern California terrain. The secluded expedition saw escapism into the mountains and immersion in the very thing that grounds us, nature...Read More

I must have been living under a rock while in New York. The second I touched down on my native California soil, SiriusXMU and The Loft were both all abuzz about "a bearded folk rock musician" also known as Strand of Oaks. His fourth album HEAL has made it onto countless year-end lists. I though the big apple was an epicenter, but it is official, I have indeed been living in a cave...Read More

We're going to the GRAMMY® Awards... well, not quite, but kind of!
Saturday, January 25 will mark the 6th year that the MojaMoja Brunch & Benefit concert has taken place. The annual event plays host an impressive roster of acclaimed artists from all over the world on the day before the GRAMMY® Awards. This year features Hiatus Kaiyoke, Rhye, Kelela, Cut Chemist, The Kin, Irene Diaz, Boogaloo Assasins, Questlove, The Hot 8 Brass Band, Mark de Clive-Lowe and Boom Boom Boom.
We are pleased beyond words to have been accepted to attend this year's event. It will be our duty to bring you only the best of coverage. Just a forewarning, I may explode as a result of seeing Rhye, Hiatus Kaiyote and Questlove... all in one day.
